The self-contained family area is an ideal base for a large group exploring the area. It sleeps 12 people boasts a kitchenette with a large games room, television, pool table and spacious sitting area. There is a toy box full of colourful things for the kids, and plenty of bush for them to explore. The rooms overlook the surrounding native gardens and bushland, with a fully undercover BBQ area. They feature beautiful mud brick walls. The rooms are heated with a hot water system that runs throughout the building. The bathroom facilities are shared. This area requires a minimum of two rooms and a two night stay.

Only guests on a guided tour may fish the Moffat Falls streams. This streams are strictly fly-fishing only and catch and release. They are situated adjacent to New England National Park and run over spectacular waterfalls and mountain scenery.
